You, as an employer determine what critical occupations you need. You can have a written agreement between you the employer also called the program sponsor and the apprentice (employee). You can hire a new employee and place him/her as an apprentice or have a current employee go through an apprenticeship program. Once you post your apprenticeship needs, we do the rest.
